Terms and Conditions: 

This page details the rules and regulations for using your website and services. Include in this that this website / app is exclusively for the Retailers, wholesellers, a brick and mortar store and not for online reselllers. Any person found buying from this platform and reselling these products on any other platform will be prosecuted. This platform is for the ease of our retail partners to be informed about the new products and their availability. Generating a PI doesn't means that we will block the quantity for you. A product inventory will be blocked for you only when the payment is made. 

A Proforma Invoice gives you an insight on the total order value merely generating a proforma invoice is not a guarantee that the material will be available when you place the order. There can be times especially during peak season time when you place an order and make the payment still there can be stock out - in such a scenario our team will reach out to you, if you please we can give you other products that are available if not we can refund the money to you. 

Our dispatch takes 2 working days usually, however during peak season periods, natural calamity like heavy monsoon, flood like situations, or holidays season there can be delays. You will be notified when you material will be dispatched. 

For paid sample requests not more than 3 samples are allowed. Rs 100 will be charged as courier, packaging per sample apart from the WSP. For orders less than Rs 10,000 in value a flat delivery fee of Rs 500 will be charged. 

If your location or the pin code is under ODA (Out of Delivery Area) and is not serviceable you will be required to pay additional charges of Rs 1000. We are working on getting the list of ODA from our logistics partner however in the absence of just list this information will be shared to you after your PI is generated. So before making the payment please contact support if you are ordering from some remote location where such challenges are common. 

For orders above Rs 10,000 we provide free door delivery. Please note we have transparent pricing strategy pan India and we work on 100% advance payment. If in future any credit facilities are introduced you will be notified of it.
