Return & Refund Policy:
Products once sold cannot be returned unless there is manufacturing defect. If you come across any problem please report it within 10 days from the date of receipt of the material. Any issues brought to notice after that will not be entertained.
There is no Minimum Order Quantity hence you can order less quantity as per your need. The company will not be taking the material back on To Pay basis. Any returns have to be booked by the retailer from their transport. Money once paid will not be returned.
In a scenario where you have made the payment but the company runs out of stock - which happens during peak seasons. Its called a stock out situation; the management can provide you other stocks options to choose from or we can create a credit note or only under this circumstances the company will initiate a refund payment within 2 working days.
For Custom made products or limited edition products there will be no refund or return.
